We provide strategic advice to clients based on the holistic needs of the client, and recognize that litigation is not always the best option.

Several examples of our strategic advising and risk assessment work include:

• We work with organizations across a variety of sectors to understand the scope and impact of new conditions and certification requirements that federal agencies are imposing on recipients of federal funding. These new conditions pose an enormous risk to funding recipients, because they are designed to expose recipients to liability under the False Claims Act. We work with each organization to understand their exposure, to review their policies and practices, and to develop recommendations to mitigate risk where possible.

• We are providing real-time advice to a multi-national organization as it reorganizes and develops its internal compliance programs.

• We are providing strategic analysis and advice for organizations on various issues relating to their relationship with federal and state governments, including interactions with law enforcement and data privacy issues.
