Before joining the firm, Nina Cahill served in the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau's Legal Division, where she advised agency leadership on complex issues of administrative law and the interpretation of the Bureau’s statutory authorities. She previously practiced as a litigation associate at a large Washington, D.C. law firm and clerked for the Hon. Jane B. Stranch of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit and the Hon. Mark R. Hornak of the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania.
Nina graduated from the University of Michigan Law School, magna cum laude, where she served on the editorial board of the Michigan Law Review and successfully briefed and argued a habeas case before the Sixth Circuit as part of the Federal Appellate Litigation Clinic. She also earned her B.A. with distinction from the University of Michigan.
